From your mouth to Zeus'...er Krato's ears. No co-op, no MP of any kind. You want to fight with your friends, go play something else. God of War is about the single player experience. As for keeping up with the times...the franchise should really start thinking about some sort of eulogy after God of War 3 so it doesn't become one of those stale overdone series in which case co-op and MP won't be necessary. If God of War stays around long enough to warrant co-op and MP then it will have probably reached a point where its a load of crap that the real fans will summarily execute anyway.

I say that co-op would work but only online, and what i was thinking was that you get teamed up with your friends (or with random people if your friends arent playing) and you DESTROY all the enemies that get thrown ranging from undead soldiers to centaurs to bosses, and people can be distinguished from each other by the costumes that people hav gotten from bonus play, that would be awesome
